Water will be provided for the campers, just please bring a bottle to refill. Tennis shoes are required to attend camp.

I hereby authorize the Hallettsville coaching staff to act for me, according to their judgment, in any emergency requiring medical attention and hereby waive and release any Hallettsville coaching staff member along with Hallettsville Independent School District from any and all liability for any injuries or illnesses incurred while attending summer camp. I have no knowledge of any medical problems or physical impairments that would affect my child to safely participate in the summer basketball camp. I certify the above camper is covered by medical insurance in case of illness or injury. I acknowledge that I have read and understand the waiver policies.
